About Norwalk Aquatic Center:
Norwalk's Aquatic Center consists of a zero entry pool with a shade structure in the shallow end, a 10 foot deep diving well with diving board, a seperate plunge pool with water slide (height required: 48 inches), concession stand, shaded picnic tables, and pool deck furniture.

Hours for 2024 Season:
Open Swim
Monday - Sunday
1:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Lap Swim
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Monday - Sunday (all ages, required to be exercising)
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Sunday (all ages, required to be exercising)

Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 12:30 pm
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Admission Rates for 2024 season:

Daily rate: $5.00 per person
After 5:00 pm: $2.50 per person

(Children age 3 and under swim for free with paid adult admission)

Lap Swim:
$1.50 per person

Age Policy:
All children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by responsible supervision, 15 years or older. They will not be admitted into the pool appropriate supervision.

Opening/Closing Weather Policy:
If at 12:30 p.m. it is 72 degrees or cooler, the pool will not open. 

If lightning is spotted or thunder is heard, the pool will be cleared of all patrons for at least 30 minutes after lightning/ or thunder was spotted and the storm has passed. 

If attendance is 15 patrons or less for more than 30 minutes, the pool reserves the right to close. 

If the main drain of the deep end cannot be seen or the water is cloudy, the pool reserves the right to close. (This is a State mandated requirement)
